Catonsville is located on the West Side of Baltimore County and is one of the most sought after communities in the area. The minute you enter into Catonsville you have the feeling that you have entered into a different era. The large Victorian homes and quaint cottages give the impression that time has stood still. Frederick Road is the main street commercial in Catonsville and there are locally owned shops, restaurants and businesses. Catonsville is known for many different community events throughout the year including the Catonsville Arts and Crafts festivals and the Fourth of July parade and weekend of events. In addition they have weekly events in the Spring and Summer including a fabulous Farmers Market and a Frederick Road Friday Nights which is filled with music, dancing and fun.
